I am a failure at losing weight. So now it’s gonna be 6 weeks of eat 500, burn 500. Starting NOW

I hate men.
Anyway. Been to the gym for two weeks now. F all difference. From now on will live by the 1000-500 rule. Eat and burn. Starting tomorrow ending when I’m seven stone something

6.50 pm and I’ve had 1300 calories and not been to the gym. Strength training tonight and no entering the kitchen!
Tomorrow I will eat 800 and burn 500. Defffff

Right. Today is the last time i pig out. I will NOT succumb to binge eating. This will be my new food blog and il record everything I eat and all the exercise I do.
I have exactly two months tomorrow to get skinny and show those assholes I can do better.
Will eat 1100 kcal per day- 300,300,400,100. Will exercise 1hr 15 mins every day at the gym and do half an hour strength routine at night. I...
